I got a very similar text message but with 011.2392211940 with the message
"[email protected] / l/ l ..Call my office at  011.2392211940 )have to speak please  thank you  --- Jenifer L"

I don't know anyone in Florida.  011 is an exit code from the US, so I think it would go to the same number.
