Not sure who this is but when I do answer it, no one is there to respond. Very annoying. And the number is not valid so definitely a spoof. If they want you to answer, they should use a valid number. And say something when you say hello.

5th third is a nasty bank ...suck you in to getting their credit card and then charges very high interest and worse if you are late with payment...they call me 4 times a day , 7 days a week.
