I do not know this lady having a babyish voice. Why is she calling? There was a lot of static,so I assumed that she couldn't hear when I ask her why she is calling. I hung up because it is a foreign call.

This person is a whack job.  First call was from Brownsville, PA and now it is a call from Florida.

In Canada, not sure how they would obtain a Cell # ??? Missed the call and looked it up. Thanks to those leaving experiences with the #

Oh and they called twice by the way, one after the other
