Spoofed number. This time: Robo call claiming to have a better deal than cable. press 1 to talk to rep or press 3 to not receive further calls. Don't even answer, they'll keep calling anyway.

The number is currently on switch number CPCRFLXBDS1 (switch is a technical specification for phone hobbyists) .

I suppose that means, they get paid to let spam go through their phone to hide origin. Might have to knock on their door and ask.

Card Services again. Even after pressing 3 for no further calls last time.
