Keeps calling to give me a refund, but must get on my computer to solve a technical problem. Full blown scam. Can't be insulted or discouraged from calling.

As soon as you pick up on your phone that's what they want you to let them get your location and you have given them all your information without even knowing you have and you will be broke and possibility of him making you disappear! Be very much aware because he (they) are watching you!
