This is disturbing number which is Coward they should talk straight with public and and talk clearly what they are calling about. I couldn't able talk or returned to that number. Its a big time scammer I think.
Call almost everyday. Tried telling the F off but they just call back. Now I hit the phone hard on the counter when I get thru to a human. Makes me feel better that its really loud in their ears.
FCC said they cant really do anything about them. Its a problem for my State to deal with.
