i got a call from matt johnson or jones with a slow heavy accent. i notified the federal trade comm, the police dept and the secret service. they've called before from a different number. when they continued to call, i just tell them they are violating my consumer rights and read the consumer rights to them over and over until they give up.
Got call on 10/25/10 from 1-239-259-1493 UNKNOWN foreign speaking guy asking for Brian and saying something about legal suit against. Told him no one here by that name and to stop calling. Said you are messing with the law. Then 10/28/10 got call from 1-439-276-1036 from foreign lady asking for Brian I called both numbers back using CID. Actually got a man on the 1-239-259-1493 on 10/28! Of course he hung up when I said I was returning call. This number says to not use 1 or 0 when dialing this number. Tried w/o 1 and it rang but said no voice mail. Several months ago we got call for a Brian saying he had applied for a job and they were trying to contact him. Our area code is 205 so definitely a 'spoof'.
A guy called name Neil Johnson claiming his from Dispute Resolution Center Florida and the number is
(863) 614-0702 asking for 500.00 within 2 hours all he will proceed filling a lawsuit.
He said it's a cash advance last year . He can't even give me the exact date.
