We receive as many as 12 calls a day from this number EVERY day Monday-Friday on our home phone. They claim to be an American company located in Florida and California yet they cannot answer simple questions regarding either state or the US in general. Also if that is true, they are operating illegally within the US because their business is selling prescription medications without the required prescription. They always identify themselves using obviously fake, traditional American names because they all have Indian accents. And although I have a clearly female-only name they believe my husband when they ask for me and he says, "this is mary". When pressed for information about their company they often become abusive, use profanities, etc. Although we repeatedly demand and are told our number will be removed from their calling list they always call back within a few hours. We've tried blocking the number but they just call again from a slightly different number. Our phone carrier has told us that while they can block the numbers we give them, there is no way to stop the calls because these types of illegal companies hire hackers and former telephone company employees and soon find a way around the block. So we keep them on the line as long as possible in hopes they will eventually remove us for wasting their time. Although that is highly doubtful given the average level of the callers' intelligence, it can be rather amusing. My husband and I now have a running contest to see who can keep them on the phone the longest with the most absurd conversations.
