i have gat the message from dm-luck. This message is"WINNER! 9423651631 is chossen for $2500 CASH prize, call +2392879244 now". is it true ?and this is ISD no. please give me information about this message

I have spent Rs.100/- on the ISD call staying in the que on the IVRS. I think this a biiiig Fraud, even then caled to prove that it is fraud. This kind of Tele-SMS type of Frauds are on rampage these days.
Guys and Girls who got this type of SMSs join here.. to fight the crooks... let them get behind bars in case they are really doin g this fraud.
