They called my Mom in the last few days. I have not lived there in many years. They said I owed money on a credit card. The card was discharged in a bankruptcy in 1995. It is as if they got my bankruptcy file and are trying to scare me into thinking the card has been floating out there for all these years unpaid. I recorded the call when I called them back. The lady calls herself Blake Davenport. She said I could make a counteroffer right there on the phone which I have never heard of. Then she wanted to take a statement from me over the phone. So I played along. It was obvious that to indicate she was starting to record my "statement" she just pressed one of the numbers on her phone 3 times to make three fake beeps. She did read off the credit card number to me. But it has been so long ago that I don't remember if that was one of my cards. She also referred to Chase and First USA as the same company but I don't think they ever merged together. She also said they have surveillance video of me using the card back in 1995-2000. Why would there be video of me using a card that isn't stolen?? There is also an "Angela Wright" who claims to be with the compliance department.
Hi they called me knew my name address and last 4 of social, said i owed HSN and they were going to take me to court. I do not but I called HSN to verify my account had not been breached and it had not. So they are obviously scammers. Now I have to get the police involved my identity has been compromised.
I received a call from this number and they said I owed money but would not give me the account number. I called several times to speak to supervisor and they would hang up on me and not answer. Had an answering machine.
They have called my number all day, only message was left that they needed to speak with my ADULT SON, and had his name. What is HSN?? To my knowledge the son does not have any bills, paid off car and rents!
