A thought to ponder. If you take a look at the reporting form for the Do Not Call list, as I recall they ask if you have contacted the number in the last several months. My concern is that may turn into a loophole to cover them when you call them back. I have blocked this number. No message left on answering machine. Call Blockers are very much your friend.
It’s the Survey SCAM. Call back gets, "Thanks for calling. The survey you were called for is now finished." This robo "survey" is how the telemaggots get around the DNC regulations. There is no survey just some nonsense questions. You'll be offered a free something for completing the survey then asked for you credit card number. It's a SCAM. Block it.
