Cold call for medical insurance.
I couldn't understand half of what the caller said he spoke so fast and, reading it, ran half of the words together.
WHO?  WHO? Would buy ANYTHING from a telemarketer???

Calls, doesn't leave message and yet still calls even though my number is on the no call list.

This is a telemarketer calling for various businesses (insurance, credit card reduction services, Google, etc.).

Received a call from this #.  " Huh I need to speak to the owner of the business"  I simply replied- NO you can't.  Dead silence on the other end.  Dumb telemarketer didn't know what to say.  Guess that response is not in their scripts.  They couldn't even hang up.

Said they needed to speak with the owner of the business.  I told them he was not available and she laughed and hung up.
