2393494982 called me. They knew about the money I psid for computer services,my email adress, my home address. I hung up after I verified that number it to be a bogus attempt a scam.
This # (239)-349-4982 called saying
Caller: "hello mam do you remember me? you have recently purchased a computer and we are calling to refund your money back due to an software error, are you at your computer at this moment?'
me: Who is this again?????
Caller: "Microsoft Technical Suport"
Me: "Why are you calling me??"
Caller" To refund you your money and to install the correct software"
FIRST OF ALL I work for Microsoft! and Microsoft DOES NOT CALL ANYONE!!!! have that clear
SECOND whenever you buy a computer it already comes with the correct software there is NO WAY you can get an "incorrect" software unless you modify your system.
Anyways I continued with the call just to see how far this idiot goes
He said to type this weird website and download this weird program so I can join the "Microsoft Conference" while he works on my computer from the other side.... ARE YOU [***] KIDDING ME?????? You really think ima watch a 1 hour video while you go through personal stuff on my personal laptop???????????
Whenever I drop the bomb on him telling him I work for the head Microsoft executive office and that I had his PC ID and IP address (which I didn't) and that I will file a police arrest for False Disclaimer he started speaking on his language with other people in the background and immediately hung up.
