I think "You got skyped" has the answer. A friend called me this evening using Skype while she was on vacation in Mexico. The caller ID showed 239-362-9035. I live in the Fort Myers area. I think that number must be a local node or entry point for Skype calls in this area. So it could be anyone using Skype to call -- a nuisance caller like a salesperson, or someone you know. International rates are way cheaper with Skype than most other options.
A woman called about my Discover card July 28th which I do not use.
She was giving me a list of benefits if I would only use my card.
I said I do not plan I using the discover card and hung up. Received another call today the 29th of July. I did not pick up the phone. It rang
and then hung up before answering machine came on.
I have received numerous calls also from this number, claims to be chase bank. I don't owe them anything. You can't call this number back as it states, this person is not accepting calls at this time.
