Who called from 2393629616

Keep Getting calls from this number cannot understand the person that is calling and donot know what it is about

keeps calling and either the girl who talks won't tell me who she is and they keep calling or they call and hang up when I answer this needs to stop

I got a call from this number but I missed it. I called back to see who it was and the line would disconnect every time. It would not even ring ????

I have been getting calls from the same number, and they hang up when I answer.  I called back and get a fast busy signal??

I'm getting the same thing and it's annoying, call back and get a busy signal.
