Called me, went to voicemail, didn't leave a message. Called them back, got what sounded like a ringback tone & they knew my name?? Weirded me out so I hung up. I don't wanna know how they got my number. This happened a while ago with another number that constantly called & when I picked up they hung up. Annoying.
I receive calls from this number 3 to 4 times a week and sometimes twice a day! I have asked each time to be removed from their call list and I am still receiving the calls after 4 weeks. Each caller promises to remove me from the list but it has not happened. I have asked for a manager but they cannot transfer me. I have updated my number on the "No Call List", just in case it fell off. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this mess?
