This number keeps.calling me and don't.say anything just breaths heavy freaky

Keeps calling my cell and I keep hanging up.  I don't give them time to talk but in looking at other searches on this number -- it says it is an escort service.  I'd like to block them but you can't do it on an iPhone so I'll just keep hanging up on them.
