I believe this is a scam that originates with a pop-up on your computer. When you call the number, they say that they are Microsoft techs. They want you to pay them to remove the virus that they planted. Then they want you to write them an "e-check" so that they could have access to your bank acct.
I just got a call from this number, i answered but did not say anything, but oddly just before i got this call i had a creeper friend request me on facebook and started private messaging me from a profile under the name "Wafeek Karam". I told him i was married and not looking to chat bit he kept messaging me anyway. I just ignored him and unfriended him. Then he told m i was a [***] for deleting him so i had to block him completely. Then i got the phone call. From this number. Freaking weirdos!
