this # has called me several times, asking if i'm related to someone, laughing, sounds like kids.

This  person keeps calling me and ask me if I know Donald Trump. There was a lot of static in the phone and I could not understand what he was saying.  I blocked the number so now he is calling me using unknown and no caller id.
