Using official sounding names like "healthcare insurance enrollment center" is illegal. Misrepresenting yourself is illegal in the USA. Filing a report with the FTC.
Got a call from them this afternoon. White pages reverse phone lookup app says it is a company called "Digital Communi" in fort Myers Florida. Definitely spam.
