Who called from 2394394983

It's a random virus scammer.  Been there, nasty.

I had a missed call from this number, called them back, they pick up the phone but was silent. I hung up, this person call me back, i answered and it was silent on the other line. I finally hung up.

I've received calls from the same number over the past five days everyday. They say they're from IRS lol.
Now I have called them back and reversed the role and they don't like it at all.
