This is AFS (Account Financial Services). They operate under all kinds of different company nams and violate the Fair Debt Collection Act, especially when you call them back.
I would recommend that you go online to ConsumerFinance.gov and file a notice concerning this outfit. The web address is to a federal government agency that will investigate them and the tactics they use.
