The man I talked to was from the Phillipines, that accent is not like any other. They might be in Florida, but I'm not too sure. Please note that the US Government will NEVER call you and offer to send you grant money without you first going through some kind of application process. If you had been "selected" to receive grant money, they would at least know your name, and probably your location. These guys are calling cold with nothing but your phone number.

I just registered a web page a day before with GoDaddy (didn't paid to hide personal data so no it is public, but I am going to pay that money to protect myself).
I think this the way they can have phone number and address.
Said I had been selected by the Us Government to receive a one time payment of $9000. I'm supposed to call this number back and be connected with a Senior representative from the US Dept. of Treasury
