this is  tranferred from medigap insurAance company to a local number to stop long distnace charges to sell supplemental insurance to Medicare. I called and this told me by company rep.~!! 31 calls and 16 e-mails and 5 text message within 18 hours starting at 8 pm in evening.Theu are doing nothing to correct the problem either called then repeatedly.
