For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

I think in your case, you should file a complaint with your local LE for harassment and also with your phone service provider.
This is a female named ?Lisa?. Bad English.. called me and got aggressive.. sayng odd things such as you stop have you husband call me husband.. you speak English... I speak Spanish... Then she got rude telling me to stop calling her.. she was told that my number hasn't called her... she hung up......
Then text messages started ......
Saying your a waste of a human.. your lucky you live in this country.... and said oh welcome to America..
& another text.... stop putting your problems on working class Americans.. ..
I had to turn my cell off for the rude and crazy stuff she's sending.. the messages even say I'm not afraid of your police..
