Not unlike yourselves, I have been harassed by these people for months! These calls appear to originate from a company called "Level 3 Communications", whom I have just contacted. It was difficult enough just to find their number, but after digging around their website, I finally connected with a very helpful woman in their Customer Care department. After I told her about my situation, she asked me for the number of the caller. She wasn't familiar with the number as one of theirs but she offered to trace it for me and found that it may have been assigned or leased to another company. Apparently, it was for a company called, "Onvoy LLC", (800-933-1224) which turned out to be yet another communications company. I searched their website, and under the 'Contact' heading there was actually a Report Abuse option. (Hah!) I filled-out the form in detail and filed it. The result remains to be seen. It may just be a useless distraction, but at least we have a number to call, again & again & again...
