called 3 times in a row and could hear "phone bank" noise in the background before I hung up.

This is odd. I did a search and it comes up in yellow book as Greeley's Canvas and Cushions. I've never done business with them and don't own a boat. They call every day, but never leave a message. The caller ID says "CFC Project of". Must be some kind of telemarketing scam.
