Party calls - registers as unknown number. When pick up party hangs up. White pages check indicates it is an invalid number. May be attributable to an application that allows marketeers to hide their true identity. Concern is that recorded calls will result in unauthorized charges. AT&T telephone carrier advised - not very helpful. Appears to be a scam.
