Repeated calls. different days, different times. called #,  recorded message "no one is available at this association to take your call."

I actually picked up - person knew my last name and when I said yes, they said, "oh, good" and hung up.

Both my daughter and I answered on different phones - caller didnt say anything but didn't hang up right away either. Called his number back and got voice recording, sounds like a smoker .
