This person called and left a message. It was an automated message offering something to do with a television or a television service.

Supposedly a mortgage citizens group.  Called the number back, got a recording (answering machine recording?) saying the number was disconnected.

Repeated calls from this number. Tried calling the number and recording stated that this number was out of service.

This person or persons keeps calling me. I have no business with them.
