I NEVER....EVER answer my phone to unrecognized numbers.  This is the 2nd call from "Cape Coral" in two days.  It seems that the scummers usually will try one day at one hour...and then the next day at a different hour.  After no answer, they usually stop calling.  If not, I then block the number.  Hopefully the phone companies will start blocking the calls.  If ALL of us just stop answering our phones to unrecognized numbers, we can put these low life pieces of manure out of business.  Any legitimate caller will leave a message.  Scamming scum will not.  And if they do leave a message.....fat chance they will get a call back.
