Illegal robocall. First sentence is fraudulent, recording starts "Thank you for calling" (even though they illegally called me.) "If your car has less than 150,000 miles, push 3. If you want to be put on the DNC push 5". I pushed 3 to waste their time (since these criminals ignore do not call requests, and probably will claim DNC stands for "Do Numerous Calls" or something, the best way to do anything about them is tie up their phone line). An American-sounding woman came on and said "Hello?", then hung up. Per my records, these are the same scammers as "Rachel from Card Services" scammers (A few months ago I logged calls from both scams with same hold music and obnoxiously loud Indians coming on the phone.)
"VOIP CALL".......according to the caller ID. This number is listed in Cape Coral, FL. I do not know anyone in FLORIDA. BLOCKED. It is apparently a robo dialer.
