Who called from 2395522180

How do these people get past the Do Not Call Registry.  The number of these calls we are getting is so annoying that I am thinking of discontinuing our home phone service.  On this call, no one was there, not even a recorded message, when I answered, so I do not know the ID of the caller.

Judy,   the Do Not Call Registry doesn't block calls.  It's a List.   You might consider a call blocker if you continue getting unwanted calls.

they have been calling every morning at 8 am!  tired of the work interuptions. Caller ID says restricted. Restricted????
