Who called from 2395791036

Received this call mid day, stayed on line to hear talking of 'drinking 6 shots at a time'...knew it was NOT a company I would want calling or doing business with...hung up

Got 4 calls from Starnet Inc. FT on 10/10/2013 from tel # 674-1181. Pain in you know where !!! They called several times also a few days ago.

I answered phone, no response from other side.  Just clicks  and then they hung up.

Received call from 239 314 0294 Starnet Inc Fort Myers.
Answered heard noise in the background which sounded like a call center short pause before a   Female caller advised they were conducting a survey on community issues
