y shouldnt we call this caller...they have been calling me for weeks and always when i am sleeping or something and never leave a message..I actually just attempted to call it back just prior to finding this forum but it just rang and rang with no answer..

Got a call from these people demanding to talk to medical records dept or billing and coding department, we are a law firm, not medical facility, but he kept insisting until i finally hung up. He had a thick, foreign accent and wondering what trick they've got up their sleeve.
