I had posted an ad in the newspaper and put flyers up about a found dog. He, Lazaro Hernandes, or so the recording says,called at 5:45am saying he was glad I found his dog, and that his children were driving him insane about the dog. He offered $1,500 for the dog's return. I called him back so that he could identify the dog, but when I asked him if he had called, he denied it, he said he had never had dogs before,etc. He said it must of been a prank, but he then preceded to ask if I was selling a dog. I believe he is probably looking to get dogs and fight them or use them as bate. The dog I found was a pitbull....Please if anyone finds a dog, have the so called owner identify them before releasing them to anyone. Thanks you.
