Recorded voice says no problem with my "account" but I should contact them to lower my interest rate.  (I'm not that stupid)

This number calls me. Caller Id says: "unknown name".

Call says; Florida call on ID. Offers some rate on some unknown credit card.

Recorded Voice offering to lower interest rate on existing credit card.
All of our rates are lower than mentioned....sounds like a gimmick.  We're listed on the donotcall.gov website...shouldn't be calling anyway!!

saw number on caller ID, I know no one from this # so I din't answer. They left no message.
