One call a day for a week. Always asking if I want to sell them a car I haven't owned now for 2 years. Every other day they hang up when I say hello. Today I tried to ask them to take my number off their list and they hung up again.

go after the people they think try are smart
fine them some money and you will see how quick they stop calling people
go get them
I agree with John V and others who liked to see this person prosecuted; fined or otherwise brought to some form of justice. Just like any other scammer or fraudulent operator would be.
