These people are relentless....mail, phone..day night...I am about to get my phone number changed, but after reading everything here...I am not that far away from the six year expiration date. I am just going to stop answering my phone totally unless it is someone on my list...these people can go to hell!
I repeatedly get calls from this number for someone else. When I say...you were asked not to call..they say they have never called this number before... I would like to be removed from their list.
Just got a call from these lowlife pedrators, they left a message in my cellphone instructing me to call 8664214998 I did , Mrs Walker the "case handler" asked me for my ssn, I refused then she proceeded to tell me that there were some papaers on her desk with my ssn in them ( Why you asked for info then?)which could be considered "legal"they claimed I incurred in an unpaid debt to Providian Bank back in 1999- 2000, I did not recognize this financial institution neither I kept an account with them. As i am aware of my rigths as a consumer I inmediately contacted a consumer law office and effectively I have a case, they will be following the legal procedure ( cease and desist letter etc ) . If you or anybody you know has been harrassed byt his firm , do not hesitate in contacting a lawyer, no fees involved out of pocket all will be paid by CA
