Credit card scam. Caller I d showed gulf coast hospital but when you pick up it is a recording for credit card instrest rate, I hung up and called the number back which is a Cape Coral number. It is a non working number. I blocked this number and only called back or answered it in the first place is because I am waiting for a call for a surgery  appointment.. this scum of the earth will do anything to get into your home uninvited via the phone. The FCC or other government offices do nothing to crack down on this abuse of a public service.
