I wish there was an app where it will give the spam callers a virus or a way to trace them so we can disable the calls.

This call is fraud  I am a Police Officer and have reported them to all avenues.  When I call back it is simply constantly busy.  Block them if you can.  Report them too.

I too received a call and my ID shows it as "suspected spam." I think there is some program that utilizes a variety of numbers from the same place, so you block one number, and they route the next time through another number.  So irritating.  As mentioned above, thanks for the levity. It eases the pain!
