I got a call from 239-785-3059 on May 12, 2015 at 9:51 am. I did not answer my phone and the caller did not leave a message. My caller ID said, "Out of area." I have been on the Do Not Call list for ten years. I hope my Telezapper got them and they don't call back.
Pretty sure it's a debt collector. The timing of the call and the no-message MO fits the pattern of other identifiable collection agencies who all spoof their CIDs and try to dupe you into thinking it's a telemarketer. The purpose of the calls is to match you with your phone number so the REAL harassment can begin.
