I don't believe 800 is an allowable phone number prefix under the NANPA. This is probably a "forged" Caller ID.

Had a call 10 min.ago...the 239 area code is local (Estero Fl.)but the 800 prefix is not normal.
Caller ID showed "unknown caller". I picked up but no one spoke.
