Answered, but no one spoke.

Calls once an hour. Everytime I answer just hangs up. No message if gone unanswered. Tried to call it back and states the number is not in service.

don't hang up...goes to a live person,,, with accent named bill, sally, pete...  calling for security check in neighborhood,,, gets really snotty and nasty when tell them not to call again!... tried not answering phone and called 6 times today,,, ahhhhhhhhh,,,, they keep calling.... told them again just now not to call,,, this has been going on for over 2 weeks!!!!!!.... where's the do not call for list for this
