I got a call also but no message so I called back and a man answered with his name and I said nothing but it's probably like all the others scammers they keep changing the number every week they need to get a life nothing but scammers
I received a call from this number it went to my voicemail. The message stated it was a legal matter and that they must receive a call from my lawyer or me by the end of the day. It was two different automated voices that were speaking giving the case file and number to call back. I looked up Capital Services and there is no such company in Fort Myers. Capital Services is a financial company in Minnesota. Complete scam.
I just got a call from these people from a Courtney Coswell, (on a phone number that I never use) and she was rude, and asked me if I was who I was, and I said yes. She then stated there were 2 bank fraud cases against me from an a client that she never mentioned. I was upset and said no that is not me. She then asked me if my last four digits of my social security numbers were correct. I said yes, (stupid me), then she said that I would be getting a summons to go to court, and said good luck and hung up the phone. I called back and asked for their company name and address and I was put into their voice mail. I left a vm for that Coswell person. Anyone get a summons? Who are these people?
I had pretty much the same call as all the others but I didn't answer and they left a voice mail with the phony charges and file #. They have called my phone 10 times in last 2 days So glad I don't answer numbers i don't know.

I've had these calls, with the same message, since February, Six months later, nothing... no summons, no late payments on my credit report, nothing at all. Just different numbers calling with the same message. Check your credit, if you are good, just block the calls.
