i read your message along with several others because i to have been repeatedly called by this number, but im always busy and never get a chance to answer. i just wanted you to know that  when someone tells you your conversation is being recorded , you need to stop them in their tracks immediately to tell them " OH NO ITS NOT, BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO RECORD ME, OR THIS CONVERSATION!!!!!!!! " It is a FEDERAL CRIME TO RECORD ANY TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITHOUT THAT PERSONS CONCENT, AND IT IS TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY BY OUR GOVERNMENT WHEN THIS LAW IS BROKEN!! Alot of businesses get away with doing it by having an automated system answer their phone, or to ficticiously greet you when they call by saying that they are recording the conversation for training purposes or for custumer satisfaction reosons.  When you are still on the line when an actual person gets on the phone and you continue to speak to them you have inderectly given concent for the TAP. You should ALWAYS stop "WHOMEVER" in their tracks and immediately tell them that they are not recording anything because you are not giving ANYONE permission to record your voice, or conversation! If they say its their policy then tell them YOU STILL ARENT GIVING ANYONE PERMISSION TO RECORD YOU, then tell them to send you a letter about whatever it is their calling for, not to call you again,.....AND HANG UP. Then report this to your local telecommunication carrier or to the F.B.I. .

Just got 2 back to back phone calls from this number and they didn't leave a message either time. If i dont answer the phone the 1st time why call right back if I don't know who you are?! Ridiculous!!!

I get calls from them too at odd times of the day.  I am usually asleep or in class.  I answered once and the girl on the line wouldnt answer any questions about the company to me. I never found out what the call was since I hung up on her cause she wouldn't relay company information.  I contribute her rudeness to what I saw on the news.  Companies are reading scripts which they will not deviate from and are told to use strong language and important sounding words to gain attention and fear.  It will not work on me and if you call me wanting something then I will have more than my fill of questions for you.

They started calling us 2 days ago and won't let up.  At first we answered and no one was there and the dial tone came on.

Now they call every half an hour so we just let it roll over to the answering machine and the only voice we get is the dial tone.

We have no debt and our records are clean so we don't know why a collection agency would call.  We check our credit every 6 months.

We've called the phone company and they said they would check into it. They have been helpful with previous unwanted calls.

No answer...got the call today, but won't answer this one again.
