they called on my cell, I did not answer as it was from 'Unknown'. I do not give out my cell # and I rescent the fact that these scammer have access to it.
I don't answer telephone numbers that I don't know who is calling. If they want to block or make their number unknown, probably don't want to talk to them anyways.
