Its not unusual for extortion scammers to use a real Attorneys, law firm name or business to try and perpetuate the scam. A quick google of this name shows up as a bankruptcy lawyer in California. They may or may not be aware that their name is being used and abused by scammers. Adding Texas to the google produces several Fullers, but they appear to be family law, bankruptcy attorney's.
One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!
