Received a phone call from these people claiming to be from Fidelity Claims Processing Unit stating there were charges against my name and Social and that I needed to call them or have my attorney contact them or they will consider this as non compliance and send this case to my county for them to handle this
These guys are scammers...got a call today regarding a "bad check " written 10 years ago that has been taken care of a long time ago. The proceeded to threaten me with criminal charges if i didnt comply, when i refused to give a statement they just hung up on me, when i called back another "agent/investigator" again threatend me then asked for my social security number...ummm wouldn't. You already have that info especially if im have criminal charges. Filed against me??
I also received a call from them saying I would be served between 11 and 3 next week, and I needed to be available. I called them back and they said it was about Riverside Loan, whoever that is, and I told them it was a scam and hung up.
