Woman called and said hi faith asked who it was said her name i forgot what she her name was but said she was a investigator then I lost service she called back told her she had the wring number she yelled why didn't you say so and hung up then calls back 5 different times stupid huZy better realize she messing with the wrong person
They call here a few times a month, about ever 2 or 3 months. It's to the point I just pick up the phone & hang up -- they never leave a message, so now I just don't give them the chance to. (They should have a "call type" of "Scam", none of the other choices fit)
Received call from 281-310-5491, caller ID shows Nextiva. Woman left message that she's an investigator & is required by federal law to notify me that I can have an attorney present when I'm served out of my county today. Said this is an emergency & to call her back. I didn't call back. 30 seconds later she calls again & leaves same message.
Sounds like a scam. I've never been in any legal trouble, if you're going to get served papers , they don't give advance notice
